Returns and Warranty Claims


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


Your product will be covered by each manufacturers warranty. If you feel you have a warranty claim please email us as, and we will help you make a claim with the given manufacturer.

Steps to make a Damage or Warranty Claim

  1. Inspect product for damage upon arrival
  2. Make note of damage when signing for package
  3. Take clear photos of damage
  4. Send photos and order information to
  5. We will then contact the supplier with the pictures of the damage.
  6. The supplier will then process a warranty claim
  7. This takes 3-5 Business Days.
  8. Once claim is approved by supplier you will be contacted by supplier with instructions to proceed with warranty replacement.
  9. This process takes up to 7 business days
  10. New product will be shipped from supplier
  11. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days

Buyers Remorse:

We will not exchange or refund products due to buyers remorse. Due to the high cost of shipping and fees associated only warranty claims will be returned to correct the manufacturing problem.
